Photos are from the Blessing of the Animals held Oct. 12, at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, Colonial Beach where 35-40 dogs gathered for a parade, Blessing Service and individual blessings by Fr. Ron Okrasinski, and then taking their pet humans to look at all the homemade pet goodies for sale and raffle. The newly blessed dogs mingled calmly. It was a wonderful day for all.
