Good Basic Meatballs

1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1/2 lb Ground Pork
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup Bread Crumbs, dry, fine 
1 tbs Parsley fresh, cut pieces
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 Clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 cup Milk
3 tbs Vegetable Oil
In a large mixing bowl, combine first 11 ingredients. Shape into 18 meatballs, about 2” each. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan and brown meatballs evenly on all sides being sure to cook thoroughly. Serve with spaghetti sauce or brown gravy over spaghetti, rice or mashed potatoes.
