Oyster Stew

1 qt. oysters w/liquid 
1/2 cup butter in pieces 
8 cups milk 
2 tsp. salt 
1 tsp ground pepper(white) 
2 tbs chopped parsley 
Heat oysters w/liquid until edges begin to curl. Heat milk and butter together. Add salt and pepper. Bring together heated oysters w/liquid and hot milk. Garnish with parsley. Be sure not to boil or overcook. Serves 8.
