Peachy Cream Cheese

Great served with Ginger
Snaps
1 8oz. package cream
cheese
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
Shape cream cheese into
a 4 1/2 inch circle on a serving dish chill. Just before serving combine
the preserves and ginger. Spread over the cheese. Serve with date bread
or gingersnaps. |
