Strawberry Salad

2 Pkgs. strawberry Jello 
2 cups boiling water 
1/2 cup cold water 
2 (10 oz packages partially frozen strawberries)
3 tablespoons sugar 
1 1/2 sticks butter 
2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels 
1 (8 oz.) cram cheese
7/8 cup sugar
1 small carton cool whip ( 9 oz)
Directions:
Dissolve 2 packages of Jello in boiling water add 1/2 cup cold water add partly frozen strawberries set aside to cool.

Cream 3 tablespoons sugar with margarine mix with the crushed pretzels. press into a 9x 13 dish and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees
In a bowl blend cram cheese and cool whip with 7/8 cup of sugar 
Spread the cheese mixture over the pretzel mix then pour on the strawberry mixture 

Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set
