Sweet Potato Casserole

10–12 Medium Sweet
Potatoes, boiled and peeled
2 cans crushed Pineapple,
drained
2 pkts. Butter Buds
2 Tbsp. Vanilla
1/8–1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1–2 tsp. Granulated Nutrasweet
Sweetener
Directions:
In a large bowl, mash sweet
potato. Mix in all other ingredients and stir well. Turn into a 9”X13”
glass baking dish. Bake uncovered at 325(F for at least 1/2 - 3/4 hour.
About 100 calories a cup.
