Turkey Gobblers

(Makes 24 treats)

1 cup ground turkey
2 cups white flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 egg
3 TBS vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
2 tsp tarragon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a frying pan, cook ground turkey, crumble into small pieces, and set aside on a paper towel to drain.

Combine flour and cornmeal in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat egg, oil, and water together, and then add tarragon to egg mixture.

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well. Fold in cooked ground turkey and mix again.

Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface and knead until thoroughly mixed together. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut out shapes.

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until firm. Cool and serve. Keep any leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
