You stole my heart
That clear summer night
Under the stars
You have had it ever since,
I know you have kept it safe
Close to your heart
When I’m with you
I feel safe
Your sweet voice calms me
Your sweet touch makes
me melt
When I see you
You brighten my day
I think of you all day long
Night and day I dream of you
I dream about the night you stole my heart
And all the sweet days after
On the coldest nights
You warm me up
When I have had a dark and stormy day
And I see you
You make the sun come out
Those deep blue eyes
Your shining smile
You inspire me
To continue
I am never alone when I think of you
When I see you in my dreams
I gave my heart to you
And I want you to keep it.
